Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Executive to manage and support the Customer Management System (CMS) of our EVO e-wallet platform. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate account management, system administration, and operational support while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, wallet settings, limits, and statuses.
- Perform account reviews, updates, suspensions, and reactivations.
- Support customer service and operations teams in resolving customer and merchant cases.
- Monitor system activities and coordinate with compliance on KYC and transaction-related matters.
- Maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
- Assist in testing and configuring new products, features, and campaigns.
- Prepare reports and support audits when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of fintech, digital payments, or e-wallets is a plus.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
