Responsibilities

• Lead the programming and operation of CNC laser machines, particularly Trumph TruTops.
• Supervise and guide the CNC laser operator team to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and modify CNC programs for laser cutting according to project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement safety protocols as required.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC laser machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize laser cutting operations.
• Train new and existing staff on laser programming and operation techniques.
• Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement and increase throughput.
• Maintain documentation related to CNC laser operations and program revisions.
• Liaise with vendors for machine maintenance and acquiring necessary tooling and parts.
• Ensure the workspace and machinery comply with regulatory health and safety standards.

Requirements
