Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines (CNC Lathe / CNC Milling / VMC / HMC) as per job requirements

  • Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions

  • Load raw materials and fixtures correctly

  • Set tools and offsets as instructed

  • Perform trial runs and make basic parameter adjustments if required

  • Monitor machine operation and report abnormalities

  • Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.

  • Ensure components meet dimensional and quality standards

  • Maintain daily production and inspection records

  • Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance

  • Follow safety rules and company procedures at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade (preferred)

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience as a CNC operator

  • Basic knowledge of CNC controls

  • Ability to use measuring instruments

  • Understanding of metal materials and machining processes

  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required
