We are looking for an employee that can assist in dealing with copackers and bottling companies for a soda brand. The person can be any nationality and can also be in UAE or SAUDI:


Title: Co-Packing & Regulatory Operations Manager
(Or: Production & Compliance Manager – Beverage Start-up)


Overview:
We’re launching a beverage brand and looking for a hands-on operations manager who understands the co-packing landscape, manages regulatory compliance (SFDA), and oversees ingredient sourcing and production workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with third-party co-packers and manufacturers
  • Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and ingredients
  • Oversee production timelines, MOQs, and bottling schedules
  • Negotiate terms with co-packers and vendors
  • Collaborate with founders and formulators to align production with go-to-market timelines
  • Troubleshoot issues with supply chain, ingredient availability, or manufacturing
  • Track COGS, lead times, and quality control

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years experience in beverage or food co-packing operations
  • Hands-on experience dealing with co-packers, preferably for beverages or sodas
  • Understanding of SFDA regulations and food labelling
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Start-up or early-stage brand experience is a plus
  • Based in UAE or Saudi
