Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 21809-3 standards
  • Proven experience in onshore/offshore pipeline projects
  • Strong experience in Field Joint Coating (FJC), including:
    Heat Shrink Sleeve (HSS) application
    Visco-elastic wrapping systems
  • Experience in surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and repair
  • Familiar with inspection and testing methods such as DFT measurement, holiday testing, adhesion testing, and visual inspection
  • Ability to review and approve coating procedures, ITPs, and quality documents
  • Coordination with QA/QC teams, contractors, and client representatives
  • Good knowledge of HSE requirements in Oil & Gas projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering, or related discipline

CERTIFICATIONS (Mandatory)

  • NS 476 – Inspector Certified Level III
    OR
  • NACE Certified Coating Inspector – Level III
