Job Description

- Oversee coffee preparation and ensure high-quality standards.br>

- Train and guide baristas on specialty coffee techniques.br>

- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.br>

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.br>

- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.br>

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proven experience in specialty coffee (not commercial coffee).

- Strong leadership and training skills.

- Previous GCC experience is preferred.

- Very good English level is required.

- Bachelor s degree is not mandatory.
