Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and front-of-house activities
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate and manage restaurant staff during shifts
Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Support staff training and onboarding of new employees
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations
Monitor inventory of restaurant supplies and report shortages
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets
Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
3 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
Previous supervisory experience in restaurants, caf s, or hotels preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
