AT LYE 360 designs integrated experience systems that make transformation tangible by connecting strategy to behaviour across physical, digital and human touchpoints. A single brief here might cross a service blueprint, a brand launch, a website build and a community rollout in the same month.

We look for collaborators with the craft, range and point of view to work at that intersection.

How we work with collaborators

Engagements are project-based. Most work is delivered for clients in the UAE or KSA - remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on the brief. You would work alongside our in-house team, not instead of it.

Collaborators are treated as an extension of our team - briefed, credited and supported as such.

Who should apply

Able to deliver in Arabic, English, or both - tell us which

Comfortable working across cultures and, where relevant, in Arabic-speaking environments

We won't always have a project ready to go. Once added to the pool, you will be contacted when a project is ready. Project start dates are at the client's discretion.
