Roles & Responsibilities

At Miral, our Colleague Experience (CX) Team represents the heart of HR, supporting colleagues throughout their employment lifecycle. We deliver services to the highest standard while ensuring exceptional colleague and stakeholder experiences. As brand ambassadors, our interactions leave lasting impressions, and professionalism, efficiency, and integrity are at the core of everything we do.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient cafeteria operations, monitoring service quality, and continuously improving daily processes. You will play a key part in creating a positive and seamless experience for our colleagues while working alongside our talented CX and Cafeteria teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and work across all CX streams.
  • Foster collaboration and positivity within the team.
  • Work with stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide a friendly, helpful, and professional experience to colleagues.
  • Address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and manage difficult conversations with empathy.
  • Deliver services in line with customer service standards and KPIs.
  • Gather colleague feedback and implement improvements.
  • Attend ongoing training to remain up-to-date with processes and best practices.
  • Ensure cafeterias are fully stocked, clean, and ready for operations.
  • Monitor the quantity and quality of food and services.
  • Participate in daily operations alongside cafeteria service staff.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic environment in compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
  • Conduct audits, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Support events planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records, checklists, and reports.
  • Manage requisitions, maintenance requests, and card printing processes.
  • Support onboarding, HR operations, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with transport and accommodation services for colleagues.
  • Act as a point of contact for colleagues, ensuring smooth HR processes throughout their journey.
  • Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and minimize waste.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Essential: Higher Secondary or equivalent
  • Desirable: Higher Diploma

Experience:

  • Essential: 1 year in Food & Beverage
  • Desirable: Experience in a leisure facility

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong people, customer service, and communication skills
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and approachable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Desirable: Multiple language skills and ability to build strong working relationships
