Job Description

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will take on a pivotal role in driving and managing business growth by engaging with both new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and building long-lasting relationships that contribute to both client and company success. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery, while utilizing your sales acumen to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain the client base.
  • Identify new business opportunities to boost company revenue and expansion.
  • Conduct detailed client needs assessments to tailor service offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and gather insights.
  • Work closely with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company CRM system diligently.
  • Report on sales metrics, including KPIs and customer feedback, regularly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently while handling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred to track and manage sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.
