Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
· Create and update expense reports.
· Process reimbursement forms
· Bank reconciliation.
· Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
· Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
· Maintain digital and physical financial records.
· Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
· Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
· Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
· Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers
· Cash book maintenance
Desired Candidate Profile
He should be able to give administrative support to Accounting department by undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, handling e-mails basic bookkeeping and preparing statutory accounts. He is also responsible to calculate and check payments, amounts and records. And he should be expert in Working with Excel and Tally. He will be responsible to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or provider and he should have high level of accuracy, sound knowledge in Tally, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills in English.
