Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and convert new commercial property opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors

  • Advise clients on leasing and sales strategies across office, retail, and industrial sectors

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM

  • Stay informed on market trends and commercial property activity in Dubai
