We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. Whether you are a fresher eager to build a successful careers or an experienced consultant ready to elevate your earnings, this opportunity is for individuals who are driven, hungry for success, and committed to building a long term career in real estate.

Real estate knowledge is highly valued - but attitude, energy and the willingness to go the extra mile matter even more.

•Generate and manage property leads (buyers & sellers)

• Conduct property viewings and presentation.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Negotiate deals and close sales transactions.

• Stay updatedon Dubai real estate market trends.

• Maintain CRM recordsand follow-up

• Achieve monthly sales target.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresher are welcome (sales mindset required)

  • Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target driven.

  • Presentable and professional.

  • Fluent on English ( additional language are a plus)

  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
