Commercial Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage material reservations and ensure prompt updates and communication with the Logistics team
• Facilitate the coordinated release and return of materials, working in conjunction with Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and clients to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
• Monitor all material movements and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project period
• Ensure precise and timely invoicing, while also effectively resolving disputes or handling credit requests that may arise during the project timeline, in collaboration with Revenue Controllers, Sales, and Clients
• Guarantee accurate and error-free processing in Discos II
• Create, organize, and maintain all relevant correspondence and reports
• Adhere diligently to reporting deadlines and actively contribute to the smooth closure of periods (monthly and annually)
• Provide valuable support during the annual comprehensive stock take
• Develop proposals for process enhancements and present them to the Team Lead
• Offer support and step in for other members of the Commercial team as needed
• Fulfill other tasks as requested by the Commercial Team Lead
