Roles & Responsibilities

The position available is a Commercial Director and the ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing the commercial aspects of construction project, particularly those involving Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and healthcare facilities.

You will be working closely with the company project management team, providing commercial and contractual advice, ensuring that all commercial aspects of the construction project are completed to the highest standards and overseeing that all commercial obligations for FM Operations of the facilities are compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in QS or Commercial Management, engineering, business, or a related field.

At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry, of which 8 years should be in the GCC region (Saudi experience preferred), with a focus on commercial management.

Have solid Construction knowledge and best practices

Experience in managing PPP and healthcare facility projects

Experience in managing Facilities Management is advantageous

Membership to RICS or other chartered bodies is advantageous

Witten and spoken English is fluent
