Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role will oversee all commercial activities, including market development, strategic partnerships, pricing, customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and execute the client s commercial strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within urban transport, tourism routes, and private charter services.
- Lead market research and feasibility studies for new UAM corridors and tourism experiences.
- Drive B2B and B2C revenue through tour operators, corporate clients, and public-private partnerships.
- Secure and manage key strategic alliances, including airport authorities, municipalities, real estate developers, and tourism boards.
- Implement dynamic pricing and management systems for helicopter services.
- Optimize capacity utilization and route profitability based on demand trends and customer segmentation.
- Oversee brand development and marketing efforts to position the company as a premium provider in the UAM and tourism space.
- Champion innovation in customer experience, including digital booking, immersive tours, and concierge services.
- Collaborate with aviation authorities, city planners, to align operations with evolving UAM frameworks.
- Ensure commercial compliance with safety, and airspace regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 8 10 years of senior-level commercial experience in aviation, preferably with a focus on helicopters, air mobility, or luxury tourism.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, partnership development, and strategic execution.
- Strong understanding of UAM trends, EVTOL integration, airspace management, and sustainability practices in urban aviation.
- Experience navigating aviation regulatory landscapes (e.g., FAA, EASA, local GACA).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and air mobility platforms (e.g., booking systems, app-based ride services).
- Experience in launching new UAM corridors or tourism products.
- Experience in customer journey for UAM and/or tourism products.
- Possess well established management and communication skills, with an ability to work at a strategic level along with higher management.
