Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own pre- and post-contract commercial delivery across multidisciplinary building projects.
- Cost planning & control, FIDIC contract administration, variations/claims & EOTs, procurement/RFQs, and cash flow/DSO management.
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and its applications on-site.
- Knowledge of construction laws and contractual frameworks (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
- Experience in sustainable construction practices.
- Understanding of global site operations and managing multi-location projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Years of Experience 8-15 years
Previous experience with international companies is a plus
Degree in QS/Construction/Architecture, Civil Engineering; 8 12 years experience with 3 5 years in the GCC.
