Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Commercial Manager to join our award winning team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This critical role will be responsible for maintaining communication with clients Pm team as well as their procurement department.
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Lead all commercial activities across assigned projects, including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Manage pre- and post-contract activities including tendering, evaluation, and award recommendations
- Administer contracts in line with project requirements and company policies
- Review, negotiate, and manage variations, claims, and final accounts
- Ensure proper documentation and commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide strategic commercial advice to project teams and senior stakeholders
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve commercial issues
- Monitor project cash flow, forecasts, and financial risks
- Support procurement strategies and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Abu Dhabi Ports standards
