Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- D marketing and prospecting of potential corporate clients and travel agencies locally or in other destinations
- Preparation and signing of the annual collaboration contract and ad hoc memoranda of understanding,
- Follow up on requests for seminars, incentives, weddings, works council evenings, conferences, etc. from the phone call to invoicing
- Act as meeting planner for residential events and other round tables at the hotel (banqueting, set-up, invoicing, anticipation) and transmit clear instructions to the various departments concerned: reception, catering, kitchen.
- Check availability with respect to rooms and bedrooms,
- Have a request completion rate that meets the sales director's expectations
- Have a client portfolio and ensure that each client is satisfied to retain their loyalty
- Follow internal procedures, and maintain KPI and control documents on a daily basis
- Have an innovative and proactive mindset to find solutions to unforeseen operational constraints so that the customer is satisfied with the service received
- Monitoring the production of animated accounts assigned by the sales department, and taking corrective actions if necessary.
- Reporting of commercial actions and pursuit of TOPLINE budget objectives in accordance with the instructions of the commercial management.

- Confirmed experience in a similar position within a luxury structure
