Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by analyzing market trends and implementing strategic initiatives to boost revenue.
  • Manage and mentor a team of retail professionals, fostering a high-performance environment and ensuring staff development.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention, to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and product availability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
