Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by implementing and monitoring effective sales strategies, including promotional campaigns and visual merchandising, to maximize revenue generation.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a consistent brand image and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of retail staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in a commercial retail environment.
  • Experience in the fashion retail industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
