Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking Continental dishes.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization.
- Support senior chefs in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Continental Cuisine (5-Star Hotels or Fine Dining).
- Excellent English communication.
