Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking Continental dishes under supervision.
- Maintain proper taste, presentation, and food quality.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Follow recipes and maintain portion control.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Continental section.
- Basic culinary knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Good English communication skills.
