Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and cooking Continental dishes under supervision.
  • Maintain proper taste, presentation, and food quality.
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Follow recipes and maintain portion control.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Continental section.
  • Basic culinary knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Good English communication skills.
