Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook tandoor and grill items as per standard recipes.
- Follow portion control, presentation, and quality standards.
- Support Head Chef / CDP in kitchen operations.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and portioning.
- Assist in ingredient preparation, storage, and stock rotation.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2 3 years of relevant experience in casual dining.
- Good English communication skills.
