Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook tandoor and grill items as per standard recipes.
  • Follow portion control, presentation, and quality standards.
  • Support Head Chef / CDP in kitchen operations.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and portioning.
  • Assist in ingredient preparation, storage, and stock rotation.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of relevant experience in casual dining.
  • Good English communication skills.
