Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie during the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in line with the restaurant s recipes and standards.
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards to ensure efficient food service.
- Ensure that all food items prepared and served comply with established standards and practices.
- Follow all statutory hygiene, safety, and sanitation requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of restaurant equipment, stock control, and rotation procedures.
- Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of and adherence to international standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
- Successful completion of all required job-related assessments or certifications.
- Physical ability to perform manual kitchen tasks and duties as required.
