Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Chef de Partie during the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in line with the restaurant s recipes and standards.

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards to ensure efficient food service.
  • Ensure that all food items prepared and served comply with established standards and practices.
  • Follow all statutory hygiene, safety, and sanitation requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of restaurant equipment, stock control, and rotation procedures.
  • Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to international standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Successful completion of all required job-related assessments or certifications.
  • Physical ability to perform manual kitchen tasks and duties as required.
