Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of Italian dishes including sauces under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Ensure all mise en place is ready for service and maintain cleanliness and organization in your station.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods with efficiency and professionalism.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Participate in kitchen briefings and contribute to a positive team environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, preferably with exposure to Italian cuisine.
- Culinary certificate or relevant training.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the culinary team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
