Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist chefs with bulk food preparation, ensuring correct quantities and adherence to recipes.
Clean, cut, and prepare food items according to company standards.
Ensure food freshness, quality, and proper storage with labeling and day-dots.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas.
Handle kitchen equipment properly and report any required repairs.
Follow hygiene and safety requirements at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of and adherence to international standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
Successful completion of all required job-related assessments or certifications.
Physical ability to perform manual kitchen tasks and duties as required.
