Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support chefs in preparing correct quantities for bulk food production.
- Clean, cut, and prepare food items in line with company standards and recipes.
- Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas.
- Operate and care for kitchen equipment properly; report any needed repairs.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of and adherence to international standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
- Successful completion of all required job-related assessments or certifications.
- Physical ability to perform manual kitchen tasks and duties as required.
