Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support chefs in preparing correct quantities for bulk food production.

  • Clean, cut, and prepare food items in line with company standards and recipes.
  • Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of all food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas.
  • Operate and care for kitchen equipment properly; report any needed repairs.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to international standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
