Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and instructed by the Executive Pastry Chef.
  • Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented.
  • Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
  • Reliable and hardworking.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Has excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivity.
  • Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Have passion for Pastry and willing to learn
  • Ideally you would have a qualification in pastry/culinary
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef
