strong>Every day is different at IHG, but you ll mostly be/strong>:

• Assisting in the preparation and baking of pastries, breads, and desserts.
• Following recipes and instructions while maintaining portion and quality standards.
• Supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensuring all ingredients are properly measured, stored, and rotated.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
• Assisting with buffet setups, banquets, and special events as required.
• Minimizing waste and ensuring proper use of raw materials.
• Handling equipment and utensils safely and responsibly.

strong>What we need from you:/strong>

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, preferably with a focus on pastry.
• 1 2 years pastry or bakery experience in a 4/5-star hotel or reputable pastry shop.
• Knowledge of basic pastry techniques and dessert preparation.
• A passion for pastry, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach.
