Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation of dishes and ensuring consistent flavor and quality.
Support the Cafeteria operations for 200 + staff cafeteria
Preparation of South Indian dishes, seafoods & curries.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, adhering to all kitchen protocols and regulations.
Assist senior chefs in menu development, contributing innovative ideas for new South Indian specialties.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in bulk cooking with qualification in related field, with a strong foundation in cooking principles.
Food Handler's Certificate, demonstrating a commitment to food safety and hygiene.
Offers a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a South Indian restaurant or bulk cooking.
Demonstrates proficiency in preparing various South Indian dishes
