Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of ingredients: Washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables, preparing meats and fish.
- Setting up: Gathering the ingredients needed for the cooks, preparing simple dishes (soups, side dishes).
- Assisting in production: Monitoring cooking, assisting in plating dishes.
- Maintenance: Cleaning the work surface, utensils, premises, and storing food.
- Reception: Assisting with the reception and storage of food.
Skills:
- Sense of organization and method.
- Speed, physical endurance, and stress management.
- Good hygiene and respect for safety standards.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Curiosity and desire to learn.
