Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of ingredients: Washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables, preparing meats and fish.
  • Setting up: Gathering the ingredients needed for the cooks, preparing simple dishes (soups, side dishes).
  • Assisting in production: Monitoring cooking, assisting in plating dishes.
  • Maintenance: Cleaning the work surface, utensils, premises, and storing food.
  • Reception: Assisting with the reception and storage of food.
