Roles & Responsibilities
You are an ambassador for the Catering and Service that are the hallmarks of our Food & Beverage experience. Your kindness, your special attention, and your knowledge of our offerings make our customers feel unique.
- Providing advice and expertise on menus
- Share your extensive knowledge of drinks, food, and preparation methods.
- Respect the hygiene and safety policies related to catering.
- Ensures a high-quality service in terms of both customer service and reception.
- Ensures the tables are set up & Helps with the setup of service equipment.
- Greets, guides & advises the customer.
- Ensures the tables are cleared and straightened.
- Ensures the availability of equipment at points of sale
- We strive to develop a consistent and benchmark quality service, satisfying customers with a perpetually vigilant approach.
- Conna tl offers catering services at its point of sale as well as other hotel services.
- Apply the procedures and policies defined by the brand and the hotel.
