� Dubai Property Consultant: High Commission Sales Role �
We are looking for a highly motivated Property Consultant Agent with a proven sales track record in Dubai. This is a high-reward, pure COMMISSION-BASED opportunity.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify new client leads through cold calling, networking, open houses, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients (buyers, sellers, tenants, or investors) to assess their needs, financial capacity, and preferences.
- Property Showings: Conduct property viewings and tours, highlighting desirable features and answering client questions accurately.
- Property Valuation: Assist clients in pricing properties (CMA - Comparative Market Analysis) or making competitive purchase offers.
- Negotiation: Expertly negotiate contracts, sales prices, leasing terms, and closing conditions between parties.
- Closing: Facilitate the completion of sales or lease agreements, coordinating with all involved parties (banks, lawyers, transfer agents).
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driving license
- Valid UAE visa
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
