Dubai Property Consultant: High Commission Sales Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Property Consultant Agent with a proven sales track record in Dubai. This is a high-reward, pure COMMISSION-BASED opportunity.


  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify new client leads through cold calling, networking, open houses, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients (buyers, sellers, tenants, or investors) to assess their needs, financial capacity, and preferences.
  • Property Showings: Conduct property viewings and tours, highlighting desirable features and answering client questions accurately.
  • Property Valuation: Assist clients in pricing properties (CMA - Comparative Market Analysis) or making competitive purchase offers.
  • Negotiation: Expertly negotiate contracts, sales prices, leasing terms, and closing conditions between parties.
  • Closing: Facilitate the completion of sales or lease agreements, coordinating with all involved parties (banks, lawyers, transfer agents).

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales

Qualifications:

  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Valid UAE visa

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
