Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design informative and professional flyers, posters, and banners to raise awareness of Amideast products and services
  • Design and create promotional items (t-shirts, pens, stickers, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for Amideast to sponsor projects and events that are likely to increase Amideast s visibility and are relevant to Amideast s mission, goals, and values
  • Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Exchange Programs, Testing etc.) to manage their announcements and postings

Digital Media Management

  • Initiate and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Develop and write digital content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring accurate information and steady engagement
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, providing reports to the CD and relevant department heads, and then acting on the information
  • Identify opportunities and innovative ideas for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns
  • Attend special events, such as grant program activities, to take photographs and develop content
  • Develop and maintain a database of photos and videos for promotional purposes
  • Liaise with relevant parties at HQ on a monthly basis to share content, monthly statistics, and ensure brand & messaging consistency
  • Maintain accurate and useful information on the Amideast website, creating and updating pages as necessary, and tracking conversion rates for funded and fee-for-service programs in coordination with customer service and program staff

Sales

  • Develop a large portfolio of corporate clients in training and testing
  • Attain quarterly sales objectives
  • Ensure strategic linkages between communications and sales
  • Manage CMR program to ensure effective sales targeting and management

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong IT and computer troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
  • Professional appearance and front-desk presence
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a structured environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.

The role involves the use of the following equipment:

  • Computer (laptop or desktop)
  • Printer / Photocopier / Scanner
  • Telephone
