Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Company Formation Executive.


  • Assist clients with end-to-end company formation processes in the UAE (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore).
  • Prepare and manage required documentation, applications, and approvals with relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with government departments, free zones, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases.
  • Support the team in handling renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Company Secretaryship, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of UAE company formation processes (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online portals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under deadlines with a client-focused approach.
