Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ARLA Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Company Lawyer to join our team in Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt.

� Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.

  • Ensure company compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations.

  • Handle corporate legal matters and government procedures.

  • Represent the company before courts and legal authorities when required.

  • Provide legal advice to management on business operations and risk mitigation.

  • Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.

  • Licensed to practice law in Egypt.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in corporate law.

  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial, labor, and corporate laws.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
