Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary:

Responsible for processing monthly payroll, managing employee benefits, handling end-of-service calculations, and maintaining HRMS records. You'll also liaise with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting.


Key Areas:

Payroll processing & employee lifecycle data

Insurance enrollment, renewals & card management

Social Security declarations, updates & reimbursements

Staff sales, commissions & bonuses

Attendance & disciplinary deductions

Reporting: Payroll reports, GL transfers, headcount budget, and more


Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field

Up to 1 year of HR experience

Strong communication & discretion under pressure

Proficient in HR systems & Microsoft Office
