Role Purpose

The Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring operational activities within the warehouse comply with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices. This involves auditing standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitoring compliance, managing documentation, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and integrity.


Key Accountabilities

  • Creation, updating and auditing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Assisting the QHSE officer and compliance manager with projects
  • Document Management


Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contractual and service agreements, with the ability to review and manage large volumes of documentation (PDFs, hard copies, and warehouse records)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite for reporting, analysis, and document management
  • Very good numeric and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Ability to compile reports using MS office suite
  • UAE Driving License is a must


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Good knowledge of UAE compliance and regulatory practices, particularly in relation to contracts
