Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure regulatory compliance in alignment with Central Bank requirements, licensing conditions, and supervisory expectations.
Manage legal and regulatory compliance across UAE.
Ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings, including UBO, ESR, and corporate governance records.
Maintain Board, AGM, and statutory documentation in line with UAE Companies Law and regulatory standards.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on business operations and internal policies.
Identify, assess, and manage regulatory and compliance risks; implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
Ensure IFRS-aligned financial and regulatory reporting in coordination with Finance.
Support Central Bank inspections, regulatory audits, and liaison with regulators and external advisors.
Drive internal controls, compliance reporting, and process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of Central Bank regulatory frameworks and UAE/GCC laws
Corporate governance and Companies Law expertise
Regulatory risk management and compliance oversight
IFRS and financial compliance understanding
Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
Proven experience working with Central Bank-regulated entities
UAE & GCC experience mandatory
Financial services / fintech is must
