Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as a member of the International Central Leadership Team and International Compliance Lead Team
- Influence business priorities and activities using strategic thinking and industry knowledge
- Foster principles-based decision-making and ensure robust governance frameworks
- Encourage business leaders, peers and direct reports to evaluate risk, generate solutions and ensure issues are escalated
- Facilitate the Risk Management and Compliance Board (RMCB) to define and oversee risk mitigation plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement fit-for-purpose compliance programs and systems
- Ensure Data Privacy compliance through the application of GSK s Privacy framework
- Lead sub-regional investigations and disciplinary committees to uphold GSK s Code of Conduct
- Direct independent business monitoring programs across the region, including third-party providers
- Develop and mentor Compliance Officers, Directors, and Managers to sustain strategic capabilities and foster talent movement

Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Sciences
- Significant management experience in Pharma or aligned support functions, with expertise in compliance programs, risk management, and governance frameworks
- Strong advocacy skills and sound business judgment at senior levels within Pharma or aligned support function leading to an understanding of operational processes and technology concepts
- Proven experience leading and effectively managing large, multi-layered teams across diverse geographies and cultures
- A track record of providing trusted advice and accountability to senior executives (SVP, GLT-1)
- Comprehensive organizational insight to identify areas of compliance risk and ensure alignment of compliance functions with business objectives
- Significant knowledge and management experience of compliance programs, processes and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Post-graduate degree or professional qualification in Law, Audit, Finance
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to proactively prevent compliance failures and uphold trust
- Strong organisational capabilities and proven ability to operate in an influencing capacity across multiple geographies, complex matrix structures, and at all levels, particularly with senior management
