Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance professional to support and strengthen the compliance framework. The role will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while supporting the business in maintaining strong governance and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements applicable to insurance brokers, including guidelines issued by relevant regulatory authorities.

  • Oversee day-to-day compliance activities and ensure effective implementation of internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Lead and conduct periodic compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments, including documentation of findings and tracking closure of action items.

  • Manage regulatory filings, submissions, inspections, and ongoing correspondence with regulators.

  • Act as a key compliance advisor to business, sales, and operations teams, providing practical, risk-based guidance.

  • Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the organization; drive timely implementation of regulatory and policy changes.

  • Review, enhance, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and governance standards.

  • Lead and support compliance training and awareness programs to promote a strong culture of compliance.

  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, and remediation actions, where required.

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, dashboards, and documentation.

  • Support senior management in strengthening overall compliance governance and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Sound knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and compliance frameworks.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent) are preferred.

  • Strong understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance principles.

  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail. Competencies
