Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our forex trading operations comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial regulations, AML frameworks, and risk management practices within the forex or financial services industry.


  • Ensure company compliance with local and international financial regulations and forex trading laws

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures

  • Monitor trading activities to detect irregularities or suspicious transactions

  • Oversee AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes

  • Conduct internal audits and compliance risk assessments

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and handle reporting requirements

  • Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting forex trading and financial markets

  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions

  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in compliance within forex trading, brokerage, or financial services

  • Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, ESMA, DFSA, or similar)

  • In-depth understanding of UAE rules and regulations related to financial services and forex trading

  • Familiarity with trading platforms and forex operations

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and reporting abilities

  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CISI is Mandatory
