Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Operations
Conduct regular branch visits and inspections.
Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Ensure employee adherence to company regulations and workplace requirements.
Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
Internal Audit & Documentation
Perform internal audits and operational reviews.
Review employee files, company records, and operational documents.
Ensure proper document control and record management.
Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards.
Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
Sales & Business Development
Support branches in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist in implementing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
Staff Training & Development
Conduct compliance, sales, and customer service training.
Coach employees on company standards and best practices.
Support branch teams in improving performance and productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Operations, Auditing, Sales, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of compliance monitoring and internal auditing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
Willingness to travel between branches when required.
