Address the major challenging issues/cases to Chief Compliance Officer/Compliance Manager./p>

Develop and implement Company s compliance policies and procedures./p>

Oversee all business operations from a compliance perspective including policies, investments, and procedures./p>

Design the system that deals with violations of legal rules and internal policies./p>

Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvement./p>

Review and evaluate the new procedures, existing procedures and identify hidden risks or common issues./p>

Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies./p>

Perform periodic compliance reviews on company procedures and processes./p>

Lead the employee training and awareness sessions on legal and compliance issues./p>

Lead and supervise compliance team./p>

Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs./p>

Developing risk management strategics in relation to compliance risks./p>

Following up on compliance issues that require investigation./p>

Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate software is in place./p>

Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes./p>

Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issue./p>

Collaborate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations./p>

Oversee the compliance with the company Code of Conduct and investigate any violation of the code of conduct and other compliance policies./p>

Coordinate and participate in ARO Drilling Conflict of Interest & Business Conduct awareness and application./p>

Oversee and support ARO Drilling compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards./p>

Oversee the Helpline and execute the investigation of potential fraud and abuse activities; plan and execute the investigation in accordance with accepted standards./p>
