Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of embroidery design & digitizing
Experience with all types of embroidery techniques, including:
Coding / Digitizing
Channel embroidery
Sequins (single & double)
Cording
Appliqué
3D / Puff embroidery
Ability to create clean, production-ready embroidery files
Experience working with multi-head embroidery machines is a plus
Good understanding of fabrics, stitch types, and thread optimization
Ability to follow design briefs and meet deadlines
Software Knowledge (Preferred):
Wilcom
Tajima
Barudan or similar embroidery software
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in embroidery operations
Strong understanding of embroidery digitizing, stitch types, and thread control
Hands-on experience with multi-head embroidery machines
Ability to read and execute custom designs, logos, and patterns accurately
Experience working with fashion garments, abayas, uniforms, bags, and promotional items
High attention to detail, consistency, and finishing quality
Good time management and ability to work under production deadlines
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different materials
Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic
Experience in GCC or Middle East market is an added advantage
