Main missions:

• Ensure the provision of IT equipment (hardware & software).

Missions et t ches :

• Make available to new users (internal/external).
• The necessary computing resources.
• Manage, install and maintain computer hardware (computer workstations, peripherals, Outlook ID).
• Monitor and manage incident processing.
• Track and manage hardware and software inventories.
• Track subscriptions and licenses.
• Process and diagnose user requests.
• Monitor and coordinate the processing of level 2 support incidents.
• Provide support on the use of IT assets (Software and Hardware).
• Ensure the installation and configuration of IT and network equipment.
• Ensure the installation and configuration of telephone lines (switchboard, granting access)
• Ensure network security.
• Ensure monitoring and maintenance of Gcom / GLPI / ERP or other software.

Secondary tasks :

• Participate and attend seminars and training provided by the company.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental rules.
• Ensure compliance with labor standards, regulations and general discipline.
• Carry out all versatility and other tasks requested by the hierarchy and within the framework of his qualifications.

• Senior technician/bachelor's degree in networks and information systems.
• Network configuration and installation/security/software-hardware.
• 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
