Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and proactively assess their needs, guiding them to the best computer solutions.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals, offering expert advice.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer requirements, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications in a clear and understandable manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in computer sales, retail sales, or customer service is highly desirable, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Familiarity with various computer hardware components, software applications, and operating systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
