Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Ensure the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment (workstations, peripherals, networks).
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures.
Ensure data security and backup.
Manage technical support for users (on-site or remote assistance).
Monitor and update the IT inventory.
Profile
Good command of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, routers, switches).
Office automation and management software skills.
Diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities.
