Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to website users

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application incidents

Install, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and computer equipment

Participate in the operation and maintenance of the site's servers (monitoring, updates, checks)

Contribute to maintaining the operational readiness (MCO) of the information system

Apply the applicable IT procedures and standards (security, access, backups)

Participate in the local deployment of new IT equipment, systems or services

Assist project teams during the installation and production deployment phases

Track, process and close requests and incidents via the ticketing tool

Write and update technical documentation and operating procedures

Ensure compliance with IT security rules and best user practices

Optimize the use of IT tools and provide daily support to users

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+2 in Computer Science (DTS, BTS, DUT or equivalent).

Prior experience or internship in IT/systems support is appreciated.

Basic knowledge of:

  • Windows/Linux systems (basic knowledge)
  • Networks (LAN, TCP/IP concepts)
  • Workstations and office tools

Sense of service, rigor, team spirit and good communication skills.
